How do I receive Transfer ID if I cant contact original owner?

So I just bought a Komplete A61 today from the pawn shop and of course cant contact the owner for the transfer ID. I went through NI help pages and went a bit in circles. I have all information from purchase and just wanted to know what I could do to register the hardware.

Contact N.I. Purchase and Account Support with proof of purchase and a picture of the serial on bottom of device and explain the situation !

There has just been introduced chat support for Account assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) (At least in theory in practicality then the blue chat box might not appear due to site design issues/site hiccups !) :
