I have been a NI customer for a long time. I recently bought a new MacBook Pro with the M3 Max chip, since my 2015 MacBook Pro started stuttering under the weight of my sessions.
I never expected to experience so much trouble getting my NI products up and running on new laptop. I am beyond frustrated as days go by and I am unable to work on a pressing project.
I was running Kontakt 6 Player for all my instruments and Guitar Rig 5 Pro. Not seeing a link to dl 6, I dl'd Kontakt 7 Player.
I dl'd the newest Native Access and see my instruments there, but when I dl them to my new computer, they do not show up anywhere.
I don't know if there is a compatibility issue or what. I don't know what to do. I cannot reach support. All links are dead ends.
Anyone? help?
