WHERE ARE THE UPDATES????? A Love for Traktor Short

It would be awesome if NI worked with its user base to align with updates to the absolute best DJ Software in the world, Traktor Pro 3. These are a few updates your faithful users have been requesting in Traktor Pro for years. Keep in mind these are just a few important ones.

SOFTWARE:

- Elastic beatgrids

- Live stems separations

- Retina display support

- Cloud support

- Daylight support

- Phase DJ HID support

- Additional Integration with streaming services like Tidal & Apple Music

HARDWARE:

- Z2 update or Redesign battle mixer

- Updated or revised S5 or S8

Those are a few of the highly requested yet most ignored features & hardware requests that users have been begging for. Additionally, I’m sure users wouldn’t mind paying a one-time fee or reasonable subscription for the ability to plug-n-play utilization of the latest controllers & mixers on the market if you do not plan to update your product line.

Finally, if you are reading this, you know NI has been pivotal in the early days of digital DJing and owned the market with innovation for years until the market share slipped due to lackluster development. As a side note, the large loyal base of Traktor Pro users are wondering what is going on. You're doing extremely well with music production product and developments, but please tell us, when it comes to Traktor Pro, the winner, where are the updates? 🤨

DJ_Don_D, I think they eventually will close your thread with:

That last link proves the point of my first quote. NI themselves closed the Traktor Outlook thread and advised users to go to the "march 2024 community thread". By going there you will see that Traktor is a tiny ant in the product line-up of Native Instruments. Follow the money, as always.

My guess: the Traktor development team consists of 5 developers max. Prove me wrong.

@DJ_Don_D : It may be a good idea to split your ideas into separate threads, so the Traktor developers can better assess which ones should be prioritized. Also the title makes it look like the post may not have been intended as a post for the ideas section. If so, you may want to have it moved to the regular Traktor software/hardware section.

I have an idea why DJ Don D started his thread, he uses the word LOVE.

When you use words like love for software, you really know people care. Frustrations shared in any form also have their root in caring. Speaking for myself as a more than 15 year user of this mighty software, I do too care. I'm just trying to get through in my own way.
