Hi,
Not sure if anyone can help me but I'm trying to use Monark in Reaktor and when I'm in the first pop up box and select "Activate," it opens up Native Access but doesn't actually do anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
You being a Mac user then one most important thing to check when using anything N.I. is that you have given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access (including when installing anything !) !!! :
How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS
Else as pointed out by Sunborn then you might have to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support !
Hello,
please follow the steps from this article (especially if you got Monark through a software bundle):
https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003614457-Summer-of-Sound-Special-2023-How-To-Activate-a-Hardware-Software-Bundle
if you still have a problem, then its best to contact NI Support, here:
https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us
Thank you both for the help. After going through the article and making sure all NI apps had full disk access (including Reaktor) I ended up reaching out to support.
However, it started working normally sometime after that. I did restart my laptop after installing other software so maybe that fixed it?
Obviously, a simple restart is the least you can do, before you ask for assistance...
50% it will solve your problems!
So, if everything is fixed now, we can consider this thread as solved, for now. :-)
Good day to you.
