I am using the latest version on Windows, not even connected to any controller.

I have already tried to delete everything, used the official unsinstaller.

Uninstall/Reinstalled Native Access

Also deleted

C:\Users\stef\Documents\Native Instruments\

C:\ProgramData\Native Instruments

C:\Users\stef\AppData\Roaming\Native Instruments

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments

Resinstall everything Native Access and Traktor

And I still get

    I found the solution:

My registry key Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\My Music was pointing to an inexisting music folder

I fixed it, now it works !

Searching and searching, as I was not getting any answer from the official support ... is there still any one working at Native Instruments ?

In my case it was this:

My registry key Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\My Music was pointing to an inexisting music folder
