I tried installing the update for Native Access but it said it can not follow through because its unable to uninstall the ntk file. I went in control panel and deleted it mainly and also downloaded CC clean app and paid for cleaner one pro i have been hunting down the files and been deleting everything thats from native. But it still give me the same answer i even tried redownloading the legacy version but it always says failed.

Well, these CC clean apps can actually be the source of the problem: Notes on Using Registry or Property List Cleaning Utilities
There was a similar issue for one other user, maybe you can try the steps in that thread: Daemon literally will not run on my computer and I have no idea why.

To clarify i only installed the cleaning app software after native access said that due to the old ntk filke not being deleted it could not update. I closed the software through task manager and deleted it through control panel. then i went into C:\Users\Public\publicdocuments then i deleted everything NI related i then went into C:\Program Files (x86) and deleted all NI files and then i went to hidden files and went to C:\Program Files and deleted everything NI related. it still showed me this.... this is when i installed CC cleaner

For uninstalling the 'forced uninstaller' part of the (paid) Revo Uninstaller Pro is much better (there is a free trial !).
Else you could take a look to see if any of the following is of help (Also to some extend the Revo Pro might also offer to remove files on the hard disk if using forced uninstall, but in case of problems it is a very good idea to search system drive for anything Native Access and NTKDaemon and delete it all prior to trying to re-install Native Access !)
First check system files by running the sfc /scannow
