Problem playing tracks from beatport streaming in traktor pro 3.11.117

I have an issue trying to play music from beatport streaming, once I load one track in a Deck and press play it stops and unload the track.

Does anyone has this problem?

Hello i've exactly the same problem, didn't found a solution yet.

It has worked correctly once, but impossible to find how i did.

Traktor 3.11.1.17 / Win10

i've contacted suppor that gave me the solution, i share it with you, it worked for me :

Navigate to this location.

\Users\{user_name}\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Traktor\Streaming\

Locate the Beatport folder. Delete the entire Beatport folder.
(You backup this folder just to be on the safe side)

Open Trash - Delete from Trash.

Relaunch Traktor + log into Beatport.
Load tracks into decks.
