How do I remove NULL/blank content from Native Access

Hi all,

I'm on a Sonoma mac and running Native Access 3.9.1.

Ever since 3.9, Native Access has offered me two "Available" blank items.

I am sure that it is just a database error, as I am not actually missing any content.

However, it does mess up the display.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any fixes?

Known issue from having Legacy item shown turned on .

Suggested fix is resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Thanks for the pointer, PoorFellow.

I found the xml file, deleted it, restarted Native Access and was immediately greeted by the same issue. I clicked on the refresh button, but no change.

Unfortunately, it looks like Native Access is caching that file somehow. I can see it being recreated, but it retains the null content.

I'll have another try.

You could try reverting to NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 , but that might require you to completely remove the newest version of N.A. and the NTKDaemon and then have to re-install all of that with full disk access and what not ! And then on top of that the Native Access is just going to auto-update when next time you run it so , no ,not really worth it !

On PC then to really 'reset' Native Access then you will have to not only uninstall Native Access but also remove not only the XML but also the whole Native Access folder containing the 'blob_storage' , 'cache' and a lot of other files and directories.

Anyway , really another one for N.I. Native Access and Installation Support 🤔 🙄 🤔

I'm content to live with the error. It's a shame that its the first thing that you see.

I'll also have a play at editing the xml....I'll be sure to make a copy.
