The empty product entry at the top of the list is a known issue in Native Access 3.9.0 that happens when you have "Show discontinued products" enabled in the Settings. You can either ignore it or disable "Show discontinued products" if you don't need it to make it go away.

I'm not sure what you mean by upper bar?
If you're talking about this, then I've never had Native Access show up there.
What exactly are you having issues with regarding Native Access?
On a related note, I see you're using Stage Manager, perhaps this is part of the confusion? I tried it, but didn't like it at all so ended up disabling it.

Having the same problem here. As of a few weeks ago the menu bar icon has now been replaced with a clickable empty space for Native access (Updated version)

Yes NI told me to erase an xml file but didn't work i guess that the fix will come with the update

Same here, no Native Access menu bar icon, just a clickable empty space…
Stille not fixed in NA latest version : Native Access version 3.10.3 (f6d63dd / 1.17.2.0) under macOS Sonoma 14.4.1

I received an email told me that maybe the problem it's mine but not it's a bug that they should fix

Did you happen to turn on Legacy Products setting in Native Access Settings page?

Yes 🙄… always easier telling that this is the client's fault, developers (that I know very well) are never faulty 🤤… still not fixed in Version 3.11.1 (b2e0dd9 / 1.18.0.0)…

What exactly are they supposed to tell you if they can't replicate the problem on an identically configured system which is always their first step.

For me, this problem appeared on a new machine when I first installed Native Access. Nothing special on this machine, just the latest version of macOS and nothing else weird... I'm old enough to have known the time when human beings went to the trouble of fixing problems.

Hmm, and this icon being there or not, how does it change NA functionality? I’m genuinely curious.

They should still continue to help you find where the problem is, but if it can't replicated it in a similar setup it's probably NOT a bug in the software is all, and that's what they told you. YOU made that assumption it was.
