Did you try reinstalling Native Access?
If you did it but didn't work, maybe you should just insert serial numbers of the products into Native Access.
You can find serials inside your account on Native Instruments website.
Let me know if it helped or if you need more info.

To be sure that the serial is correctly used then use copy and paste to be sure that you did not mix up anything like o an 0 or 1 and l or l and I (L and i) .
Else :
You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products.
If you can not add the serial in Native Access and the app and the serial does not not appear on the list of Registered Products on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page then you will have to contact Account and registration support !
If the serial is listed as a Registered product on your account page and it does not show in Native Access then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Are you sure you're running the latest version of Native Access? You should be on version 3.9.0
Do your other products show up in Native Access correctly?
Do the licence numbers appear in your account on the NI web site when you're logged in?
