Hey guys now i work with my new mac air m2. Tommorow i play my first gig with my new mac.

now I have a few questions. I play with an audio 6 and timecode. does anyone have experience with this? Latency and heart? I noticed that the Mac sound card with 256 buffer works better than 512. When setting the audio 6 sound card, you cannot set a buffer or USB times. Is this correct for the Mac version?

multicore processor on or off? I have installed the latest version of Traktor, but every now and then the waveform jerks slightly and the playlist flickers. works stable!?

Buffer should be there. Go with a total processing time of +/- 10ms and you'll be fine. I disable multicore processor always for djing. The jerks and flickers are sadly "normal" and don't affect your output.

Thx. 44100 or 48000 ? Works both with 256kbps better than 512

On a mac I go always with 48'000kHz.

btw: don't update to macOS Sonoma 14.4 that seems to be causing problems.
