Lost Products

Everything was going well until today, when I open Maschine 2 and it gives me a kontakt error, I see that it has to be activated, it takes me to Native Access and there I see that many products are missing, even if I add the serials, the products are not added..... What could be going on? I reinstalled Native Access and nothing.

You can always check what is already registered to your account and what is not registered by going to the My products and serials page !

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS , else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Then if you are logged in to the right account and the issue persists then you should contact support !

Which version of Native Access? And on what OS?

If it's an older Mac OS - there are a host of products will never appear and in extreme older cases - only older editions of some utilities - like even Native Access itself - must be used.

Need more info here.
