how do I get tech support from Native Instruments?
Hi there,
I've been trying to figure out how to install my payed license of Abbey Road 60's Drummer. It does not show in Native Access as a download. The only thing that I have is a receipt that I purchased it, but nothing more. How can I get this issue resolved? How can I contact a real tech support person instead of this AI Tech bot that does not solve my issue at all? Please help.

Hello everyone, here is the link to create a support ticket or open a chat support using this link below:
To open a chat support, please click the chat icon on the right bottom of your page and after answering few chat bot questions, our chat bot will assign you to the related department so our team can help you to solve this issue as soon as possible
I hope this helps☺️

You already have an open thread for this, there's no need to create a new thread for the same issue.
Tech support can be reached by going to the main Native Access website, clicking on support and then the appropriate topic. In your case, Native Access.

I did that, never got to a real person. The original question was, "how can I get a tech support person", a real person, not some bot that just ends up in a dead-end. It's not really the same question as my previous post, just used it as an example.

You have to answer the 'bot' questions to reach the stage where you can fill out the contact form. Alternatively you can use the forum as you do here but there is no N.I. support here, there is a customer care person that can liaise to support but you will still be asked to contact support if necessary. There is no other entry to 'Support' other than from here !

I've spent several thousand dollars on Native Instruments, including Komplete Kontrol 88 and Maschine. I will never spend another penny with this company. I'm in the final stages of producing an album and I just lost numerous instruments on 12 songs thanks to the latest update. I find out that the update removed all VST2 instruments. I read that there is a hotfix for it, but after 2 hours of searching, I have not found it. I tried to contact support and the large button that says "Contact Support" does not work. I'm finished with Native. From now on, I will only buy instruments with their own playback engine. Sandy Harless

I also don't find any support for Native Access

I have hundreds of projects, all of which were built under VST2 technology and all of which converted easily to VST3 without cost to me and simple free upgrades to Native Access, Kontakt 7 and Komplete Kontrol. Yes, I could have stayed on the older Kontakt, KK and Access but there was no value to it and much more value in upgrading. If that's not your choice that's up to you. But that's your choice, not Native Instruments.
