I tried to enable Legacy Products, but that did not change. How can I install this?

When you said you can't see the library, you mean you can't install it or you cannot see it litteraly?

It does not show up on the Native Access list, therefore I cannot install it.

Why can't NI Support help on this issue? They did not reply to my tech support ticket that I submitted last week, on this issue. No answer. This makes me not really want to purchase the new Kontakt 7. If there's no support for payed customers.... it's really not cool.

I have same problem. I'm a customer since... Komplete 8? Got the full DVD box.

I remember the Abbey Road 60's Drums and Abbey Road 60's Drummer being two separate libraries, the "drums" having a very retro mixer and effects interface, while the "drummer" having a modern look to it. I see there is an update you can download separately, but the installer needs to find a previously installed version of it.

Native Access can't find it and now I see it disappeared also from my account. I used to have a serial number for it, now it's completely gone.

    This makes no sense...

'Abbey Road 60's Drums' shows a "Locate" button because it was discontinued several years ago and can no longer be downloaded through Native Access. Additionally, 'Abbey Road 60's Drums' eventually got replaced by 'Abbey Road 60's Drummer' as 'Drummer' is meant to be the better version of it.

As previously stated, the interface is different, it used to be two different products, I used to have it installed into different folders, now projects are not backward compatible, I used to have it on my account, a different serial number than the "drummer" version.

It's the same problem I used to have with New York Concert Grand, Upright Piano, Vienna Concert Grand, and Berlin Concert Grand, which were replaced by newer versions, differently named, but NI offered a separate download for those specific libraries, not anymore supported, not anymore developed, not anymore offered for sale, still available as a separate download because of; different controls, different interface, different name of the sample library, things that gets saved in a project.

Try to make an automation on a knob and later find out it no longer exists or was renamed, or the library was renamed and now your DAW crashes or gives you errors and don't open the project at all...
