A more recent version of NTKDeamon was found. error
I get an error "A more recent version of NTKDeamon was found. Installation will quit." , and I can't start Native Access. I killed NTKDeamon from task manager and restart my computer, but the error persists. What can I do?

Have you tried uninstalling Native Access, restarting your PC then installing the latest version? That might solve the problem. The latest version is here - Downloads | Support (native-instruments.com)

What Mykejb suggests , only after uninstallation then use the reg tool from the Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows) page to remove anything Native Access and NTKDaemon , the reboot computer and download newest version of Native Access for your OS , then reinstall Native Access as an Administrator !

Thank you. I did it and the problem is fixed when I do it. But I always get the same issue everytime I use NativeAccess second time. I don't want to delete and install Native Access every time I use.

Sorry to learn that it did not fix your problem permanently.
Since the above did not fix your problem then I can only suggest that either trying a light scrub of the installation or that you to contact Native Access support. :
Please make sure that you have sufficient Administrator privileges on the computer. Then uninstall the Native Access , then run the NI reg tool and remove anything Native Access and NTKDaemon , then use Windows Explorer to search your system drive for all instances of 'Native Access' and 'NTKDaemon' and delete it all . Then restart computer , download newest version of Native Access for your OS , then reinstall Native Access as an Administrator !
If the above does not fix problem either then check if anything is blocking on Windows 11 for the Native Access and NTKDaemon to install properly !

If neither of that helps either then all I can suggest is to contact Native Access support.
