I don't think Native Instruments would do that, but certainly there would be users on this forum who'd gladly buy it from you. You could then put the money towards a Maschine mk3.

It seems to me that support will not handle the exchange. You need to sell and then buy.

@jayn_night I'm a little confused here. I don't think customer support can help you on this. Did you buy it from NI directly? The Maschine Jam was registered to your account in 2017. You can easily understand that we would not exchange it for another product. Also, I didn't find any request in our system regarding this.
