I cannot play single notes in electric sunburst.

The plectrum - finger / poly - mono section is not showing and its only playing chords and arpeggio's. Please help im seriously pissed off right now.

Can you please screenshot the Kontakt tab with Sunburst on it?

Do you have the Deluxe version?
The regular Electric Sunburst doesn't have single notes playability unlike the deluxe : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/guitar/session-guitarist-electric-sunburst-deluxe/

Make sure to choose the "Melody" instrument in Electric Sunburnt Deluxe.
