Refund of a canceled order
Hey all. A few days ago I filed a ticket to get a reason as for why my order of a Komplete update and an expansion using the New Year voucher has been canceled, and so after a few days of no reply I figured I would attempt to purchase the same order again. The issue I have is that the previous order is still billed in my bank statement despite being canceled and not receiving the product in the first place and so I would like to know if I am able to recieve a refund at all and how long that process would take as I would still want to purchase the same order using the voucher which expires just before the end of the year.
I do understand that during this time of season is at the busiest so the responses may be slow but having a failed purchase still being billed in my account is a worrying concern of mine.
