Can’t get an answer to save my life as to how to properly purchase an expensive upgrade from them……….No response…. What’s up with that?

Without knowing the details then the most economic way to get most upgrades even to e.g. Kontakt is to buy the update or upgrade to Komplete 14 (especially during sales) , please see the compare page to understand the difference between update and upgrade and to see prices !

Also if you already owns a Komplete bundle product then you can always see your Komplete offers at this page when logged in !
