The "Terms & conditions" - found at the very bottom of the Cyber Season page - say:

"These special offers on S-Series keyboards, Komplete updates and upgrades, and products from iZotope and Plugin Alliance are valid from November 15, 2023, until December 13, 2023, at the NI Online Shop and participating retailers, while stocks last. All other Cyber Season offers are valid from November 15, 2023, until January 15, 2024, at the NI Online Shop and participating retailers, while stocks last."

I want to get komplete 14 standard on 50 percent off sale. Is that included in " Komplete updates and upgrades", or in "All other Cyber Season offers" ???????

I would guess it will be the December 13th date. That would make room for a 2 to 6 week hype-up period for a Komplete 15 release in January or February.

Wow, is it time already for K15?

@BIF Komplete releases are usually around September or October. And since new versions are released every two years, the next one would be due in September or October of next year.

Sure...maybe. Remember, Native Instruments is not the same NI of ages old. It was bought by a different company, who then RENAMED THEMSELVES (wait for it...) "Native Instruments".

Everything always stays the same. Well, until it changes.
