Is it possible to transfer ID of a second hand items?

If I purchase a second hand gear and obtained the license from the previous owner. Would I be able to sell it again after sometime ? I heard we should wait 90 to 120 days and then we can transfer the license again to a new buyer. Is that true !? Your support is highly appreciated thanks

Yes, of course you can. However, this applies to the hardware device only. Any software who came with the device, may or may not be transferable, it depends. Check the license transfer section of your account, to see what is possible to be transferred.
