I bought the Kontrol S88 MK3 and the firmware update isn't working and I will send it back where I bought it from.

My Question is how do i delete the Products (serielnumbers) that i had to put in Native Access?

didn't work for me with the firmware update, i sent the package away today.

There are many people having had issues updating the firmware. However a lot of them appear to have gotten it to work either by them selves or by the help of support. At this particular moment then my best advice for trying to get the firmware updater to work is to try using an USB-C to USB-A converter and then connect the keyboard to a USB A port version 2 (else try an A port version 3) and at the same time connect an USB-C power supply to the power plug on the keyboard. Then try if you can update the firmware. Allow it to take a long time , especially if using an A port version 2 , and wait for the keyboard to either say that update is finished or until that it reports an error !
