How to get hold of support for registration issues

Hey guys,

I recently bought the komplete A49 keyboard, which i was told comes with komplete select if registered before 07/04. ive registered the product on native access but not sure where i download native select. its not in my NA account, and cant figure out how i get in touch with tech support
