No Traktor at Native access ...

Unfortunately my old Mac suffered "water damage" and now I'm in the situation that I had to buy a new computer. I'm just about to install my programs from NI, and I can't find my Traktor pro 2/3 software at native access. I bought both and they can also be found in my order history. I have entered the serial number of Traktor Pro 2 several times, but unfortunately no Traktor product can be found at native Access. My operating system is Monterrey 12.1, the program should actually work ... anyone have an idea how I get the software in NA ?

And you are using the up to date version of Native access? https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

Yes I`ve native access 2 ... but the post you send me did not helped me ...
