    So far the working solution for me was a new laptop. Freshly installed Traktor and imported the exact same collection with no issues so far. So it might be worth creating a backup of your collection and then fully uninstall Traktor and all it's folders. Then reinstall and import the collection again and it might work.

    I had tried everything you’ve listed and it still was deleting tracks. Aside from a new laptop the only thing that worked was create a new admin user and importing your saved collection. something is corrupting read write or other privileges.
