Order paid but product not received yet, it says under review for 3 days

So I just purchased an upgrade to Komplete Ultimate 14, but I paid my bill for 3 days, the order shows under review for 3 days as well. I'm just trying to figure what's going on with my order and I do need my plugins now!!!!!

    Same here!

    Bought the Ultimate Upgrade Saturday 9/9 in the middle of a production because I need some instruments urgent!

    Today is Thursday 12/9 - still nothing happened.

    The payment has already been debited from my bank account.

    This is really uncool!
