Help!! No option to download Kontakt 7

Hi everyone recently upgraded to Komplete Standard 14 and I have downloaded most instruments and packs. However, despite downloading Kontakt 7 Players, Kontakt Factory Library 2, and Kontakt Factory selection - I don't see Kontact 7.

I am also having issues downloading session horns.

Can someone please help?
