Purchased Komplete 14 Ultimate not showing in my list of products.

I bought Komplete 14 Ultimate from Guitar Center. My products installed ok on my system when I entered the serial number. However, when I look on the Native Instruments website under products and serial numbers, Komplete 14 Ultimate is not showing in my list of products.

    I actually accidentally registered it to an old account. I put in a license transfer request to register under my current email address.

    Hello,

    are you sure that you use the same login data in native access and online on the native website? You can also try to log out and log in again.

    If you are sure that you are logged into the same and correct account in both Native Access and in internet browser and it doesn't help to do a log-out and log-in again cycle in internet browser then you should contact support to let them sort you out.
