Has Native Access fallen over?
I was prompted to update Native Access on my iMac last night. I obeyed. Then when I restarted the computer and relaunched it, did the signing in bit, it got stuck at a dialog box that just had the logo in it and Release 3.4.0. End of story. It wouldn't go any further.
I then tried all the manual uninstall and reinstall afresh advice, pasted the bit of code into Terminal, gave NI apps access to whole drive, yadda yadda... still the same. I've lost count of how many times I've typed my login in, restarted the computer et al. Bored now. And life's too short for this bobbins. I've submitted a support ticket, but was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue?

Me again. I got an older version to work, so, er, I guess I'll leave it at that for now until NI get back to my support ticket.

I also have this issue and this company didn't help at all.... https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/comment/79467#Comment_79467
This is a link to my post/question similar to yours and the company did not help me not one bit, opening a new ticket to see if maybe they'll do something if not I'll be switching over to a different company that actually has a phone line you can call... What version did you switch to to get it to work?

N.I. have some problems taming in particular their update process of the Native Access app on both Mac and PC. I myself, using a PC, had problems back in the day with the old version 2 of NA and only recently did I update to version 3.4.0 . A lot of people on both PC and MAC have had problems updating the app and I personally urged the developer of the app to try to make it all a more smooth ride for everybody. He appeared understanding of the suggestion but alas it will still take him some time to improve the update process. I am sure that N.I. are very sorry for the rough ride , of course not that it helps you very much in your immediate situation ! :

Hi @JayPPoetry I believe our support team has asked you to run a support tool so we could get a better understanding of the issue, but we never got a reply. Can you please get back to our support team with more info?

@Kaiwan_NI No one asked me anything about any support tool I don't even know what that is, I sent you all a request for help the once some weeks ago and the guy took several days to reply with emails that didn't even help, why don't you all have phone number for customer service like this is awful that we can't get what we paid for. I just got a response on my new ticket and he's sent me the same suggestions as the last guy and they did not work

They usually ask, from my experience, to run diagnostic SW and send them resulting file. Without that NI can hardly guess, what happens on your system, that things do not work....
If you do not send the file, you cannot expect any other support than generic response....
