DJM 900 nexus 1 green light aint showing

so my traktor 3 was working perfect for 2 years on my windows 10 machine.

yesterday there was a update on the windows machine. the green light turned off on the djm900 and i cant figure out what happened. i deleted traktor 3 to see if that worked but it did not. i also found an older update on the pioneer website but dont think it was the right version. what am i doing wrong? if its an update does anyone have a link i can try?

Hi @djburger what version of Traktor Pro 3 are you using right now?

Perhaps worth checking the troubleshooting steps on this page here: Controller not renognized by Traktor

Also make sure your firmware and drivers are up to date just in case: DJM-900NXS: software & firmware updates

Have you also tried running Traktor Pro in admin mode?
