downloading traktor pro 3 in a new laptop gives me only default layout ?

Good morning to everibody.

My laptop broke up, and I bought a new HP laptop and downloaded traktor pro 3 and the new traktor plus, but the software shows me only the DEFAULT LAYOUT, i can't see the other ones, i usually use the mixer one.

Anybody can please help me ? i tried to uninstall and install again 3 time the pro 3, but still i can see only the default layout.

    Go to Traktor User folder (usually in your Documents), then to folder Settings\Default Settings\Layout and see if there is something there. It should have the layout files there

    I think they are also saved somewhere in the user setting folder and you can import them. I don't remember the details.

    But it's an annoying bug nerveless.

    If no other solution found, and you are a bit skillful you can do a manual "trick":

    • In your Traktor user folder there is a file named Traktor Settings.tsi
    • Make a backup, just to be sure
    • Open it with an advanced Text editor, such as Notepad++ (do not use Windows Notepad!)
    • Go to line 249 and enter this code:

    Go to Layout Manager, click "Add" and add the layout you want.

    as suggested in USER FOLDER, Settings\Default Settings\Layout, there are these files:

    i imported the second one and now it works.

    Thanks a lot, still i don't understand why had this problem in downloading.
