EAST ASIA (and others) running in DEMO MODE

Just got Komplete 14 Standard and some of the programs say DEMO. How do I fix that?

Big THANK YOU to the NI support team for persevering with my DEMO problem!

They solved it by giving me a new serial number for Komplete 14 Ultimate.

Programs are no longer in DEMO mode - thanks NI support!

Several programs still running in DEMO mode. Support is working on a solution, but the solutions offered above did not help. I will wait and hope that support comes up with an answer.

I think it's just a bug or something. It can't be that they sell stuff as full package, but you get demo versions only because of the region you live in.

I don't think I am getting DEMO versions because of where I live. Most of the other Komplete 14 programs installed properly and are running properly. There are 4 programs at the moment in DEMO mode and there might be more as I haven't downloaded everything.

Hopefully, it is just a bug and the NI support team will come up with an answer.

I am guessing that for some reason, these 4 programs are not activating properly, which causes them to be in DEMO mode.

You said that you just bought Komplete 14 Standard, but... Spotlight Collection : East Asia is not included in Standard:

What else shows up as DEMO for you?

The 4 that remain in demo mode are:

East Asia

Session Guitarist - Electric Vintage

Session Guitarist - Picked Nylon

Piano Colors

What's odd is that others like Electric Mint and Session Bassist Prime Bass (and all others that I have tried) have so far installed and run properly. Some installed before I got the DEMO problem and some were installed after the DEMO problem, so it's a mystery to me. I have stopped trying to install larger programs until this issue is resolved. (No need to waste time downloading a large program if it might end up as a DEMO.)
