My Native Access 2 cannot work
Prerequisite: I use the administrator permissions to install all software and run the software.
Yesterday when I installed Native Access 2 and clicked to start, it stuck at "Please grant permission to Native Access to install dependencies. Please restart Native Access and try again." Then I downloaded and installed NTKDaemon Service and ensured it was running, but Native Access 2 still stuck at the situation above. If no Native Access 2, I cannot install Ozone 10 standard. I have sent an email to NI support but they have had no reply so far. Does anyone have the same problem? How can I fix it?

Your problem reminds me of this discussion where Yuusou (lower part of page) describes how to remove anything related to Native Access prior to re-install (using ProductBrowser_V2.2NET45.zip (This is a third-party download used at own responsebility) and MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall)
As for support then there is a sale going on and you can expect a week or more before N.I responds to any ticket as they appear to be absolutely swamped (I myself have waited a week for an answer to a pre-sales question , not sure if I will ever receive an answer)
If you keep having problems re-installing Native Access 2 even after trying what Yuusou describes then try removing Native Access 2 and install version 1 : How to Downgrade Native Access 2 to Native Access 1

I do use that wizard to report my problem. But the trouble is NI support has not replied until now. I exactly do not know what to do. I have tried the existing way but the problem has not been resolved yet.
