Order for Maschine/K14 in review for over a week

I ordered a Maschine Mikro and K14 standard on 5/28 and have not received a serial number or shipping confirmation yet. I opened a support ticket on 6/1 but have not heard back about that yet either. Is this normal for orders to take this long? I was charged the order amount immediately so it is frustrating to be in the dark about when I'll at least get the download part of the order.

I am sorry to hear that. The period of these promotions is very hectic. Hence there are long delays and this applies to orders as well as technical support.

Support just got back to me and I received my download, sorry to clutter the forums with this post. It's my first time ordering anything from NI so I wasn't sure if this is typical or not, but makes sense with the summer sale! Excited to try everything out 😀
