Problems updating/installing to an External Hard Drive

Hi All, I've just updated to Komplete 14 Standard and Native access fails to install to an external hard drive (although Komplete 13 had no problems using this very same drive).

I get the Installation Failed error message every time. I have given Full disk access to Native Access and the Daemon.

I have no problems installing or updating software on my computer, but don't have enough space for the additional software/packs.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I submitted a support ticket last week but haven't heard back yet.

External hard drives are excellent for huge libraries, presets, samples etc. even for some programs, but some important system files (such as NI hardware, drivers, daemon etc) it is absolutely important to be installed on the main drive (C).
