Any suggestions to solve the problem? (translate)

    I wrote to help about this and managed to download (finally). BUT I must add that I did download on different drives (I have 4 of them) and I'm not sure if I tried on the system drive (before) and JUST downloaded on the system drive so.. either they fixed it or (for some reason.. incomprehensible) you had to download on your system drive. Generally case closed.

    Finally, relaunch Native Access so that it can correctly authorise. 

    If the issue persists, please let us know.
