Komplete Kontrol can’t install (Osx 10.13 needed, I’m on 10.12)
Hi, just bought a M32 and Komplete Kontrol installer tells it needs Osx 10.13.....I’m on 10.12 and NI is selling it as fully supported on 10.12.....I only need an older version of Komplete Kontrol, 2.30 should be fine, but can’t find any download links. Thanks for the help !

Thanks a lot, here's the page where it states it works with 10.12 (and also with 10.11) :
Komplete is now installed but....M32 keyboard is not recognised by Komplete, it's grey on the list and can't be selected, the same when I use Komplete alone or in Ableton (everything' ok in the midi configuration), USB connection is fine as M32 is working as a stand alone keyboard. It stays in Midi mode, in MIDI Preferences of Komplete, M32 Komplete is selected in input and output.
Thanks for the help, I've no idea of the issue

Eventually M32 is recognised, by changing USB port and that's it, I re install also Komplete, I don't have any longer the plugins on the left window, don't know why but anyway I can find them in the list.

Where did you see that it stated the current version runs on 10.12? NI should be notified that the error exists.
All I could find was the Spec page of KK which states 10.13 as minimum Mac OS.
Bundles : Komplete Kontrol : Specifications | Komplete (native-instruments.com)
And the specs for the M32 state that 10.14 is the minimum. Purchase page also states that!
Keyboards : Komplete Kontrol M32 : Specifications | Komplete (native-instruments.com)
Keyboards : Komplete Kontrol M32 : Pricing | Komplete (native-instruments.com)
You can download the installer for 10,12 from the following page...it states the 2.4.0 is the latest supported...
Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
(click the + sign next to 10.12, there is a link for KK 2.4.0)

I think you unfortunately misread that. It says "macOS 10.14, 10.15, 11, 12 (i5 or higher)", right?
This means, it will work with:
- macOS 10.14 (Mojave) + 10.15 (Catalina)
- macOS 11 (Big Sur)
- macOS 12 (Monterey)

I think you are misreading… supported OS on the link you posted are:
OSX 10.14 - Mojave
OSX 10.15 - Catalina
OSX 11 - Big Sur
OSX 12 - Monterey
anyway, glad you got it sorted for the most part!👍🏻

Oh S..you're right, and eventually it doesn't work well, can't make it work to command Ableton or even with hardware Synth or other plugins with another Midi track as saw on a tutorial, my bad.

Did you see Sanjay C's video on hooking up the M32 to Ableton to control synths?
and in this NI Article it tells how to set up the M32 as a controller in Ableton.
How to Integrate KOMPLETE KONTROL with Your DAW – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
as you try this. if you have questions, just ask!!
