When is an update to maschine plus coming

Maschine Plus has the following versions:

System Version: 1.4.5.0
Maschine Version: 2.16.1 (R0)
Firmware: 0.1.9

Which means you cannot use the M+ to work on Maschine projects created recently on a computer.

Maschine Plus is also stuck on older versions of Reaktor (6.4.4) and Kontakt (6.7.1), and cannot use custom instruments made with current versions of these applications.

So, yes, we desperately need an update to catch up with the desktop applications.

Don’t worry…probably the new “update” will be just to bring M+ on pair with the computer version, so that users can send projects back and forth.

In practice, what it should already be.

But I’m sure they will use it to answer people that “it’s not abandoned, we’ve done updates this year!”…

Also no VST3 in M+, so projects using it from the desktop dont work in standalone mode. 😬

I'd be surprised if you can find anyone who doesn't think both versions don't need one hell of a long necessary uber update..........................

It seems you don’t get it… M+ integration with the desktop version is severely broken. It’s not just lacking a feature or two.

Oh right, I have completely forgotten about that because I stay on 2.16 for desktop and avoid VST3 like the plague in Maschine.

I sort of do get it, but as I don't have Maschine +, as I said, I'm not totally au fait with it or the discrepancies between Maschine + and Maschine. That said, I in no way meant to belittle the need for an update to Maschine+, both are software wise nowhere near where many, if not most, would think they should have been long before now.
