i just bought the mk3 mikro and says serial as been used bought this new from gear4music

Tell gear4music and make them give you a new unit.
I've just had them send me another unit that is new and same prob with that what the hell is going on
I'm seriously considering sending that unit back and forgetting NI products
I did and they sent me another unit and having same error I've tried entering serial number 5 times and same error is someone at the factory nicking the serial number as I'm now fairly disappointed and this is to much stress
Don't worry , NI support can most likely figure out the problem !
