Is the Mac Book Air M1 suitable for the software Traktor 2 or will it cause me problems later?

I am a beginner DJ and want to download the Traktor 2 software for my controller (2S MK3).

Is the Mac Book Air M1 (8 GB RAM and 256 GB volume) suitable for the software or will it cause me problems later? Is it enough?

    Don't do it, M1 does not support Pro 2.

    Otherwise, upgrade to Pro 3 if you plan to stick to M1.

    But is it enough for the Traktor 2 software? I do it for a hobby and not for work, is that enough?


    What would you recommend for a computer that doesn't cost a lot of money?

    Kontrol S2MK3 only runs on TP3, not TP2.

    The M1 MacBook Air more than enough. But, I don't know, if the app is able to run on macOS as it was designed for PadOS. Developer can prohibit iPad apps to run on macOS.

    Give it a try. But consider, that Traktor DJ2 development was discontinued years ago.
