Installation of ozone 10 was done properly, yet whenever I load the vst, this pop up comes.

clicking on "ok" does not close the plugin, but there are no presets and whenever I try to use tonal balance control, the Daw simply crashes. Does anyone know what's going on?

Adding the solution provided by our support that seemed to have fixed the issue:

Please manually remove all of the files related to Ozone 10 Standard listed here:

Disclaimer: Please note that Neutron 4, Ozone 10, and RX 10 will all full under the title "Neutron Pro, Ozone Pro, and RX Pro Audio Editor" for the files/data, however, the plug-in files will list with the version number.

    Plug-ins:

     — 64-bit VST 3: C: > Program Files > Common Files > VST3 > iZotope

    — 32-bit VST 3: C: > Program Files (x86) > Common Files > VST3 > iZotope

    — 64-bit AAX: C: > Program Files > Common Files > Avid > Audio > Plug-ins

    — 32-bit AAX: C: > Program Files (x86) > Common Files > Avid > Audio > Plug-ins

    — DAE (32-bit only): C: > Program Files (x86) > Common Files > Digidesign > DAE > Plug-ins

     Documents/Presets:

     — C: > Users > [Username] > Documents > iZotope

    — C: > Users > [Username] > Documents > iZotope Nectar (if applicable; Nectar Elements only)

    — C: > Users > [Username] > Documents > iZotope Stutter Edit Presets (if applicable; Stutter Edit only)

    Program Data:

     — C: > Program Files (x86) > iZotope > [Product Name]

    — C: > Program Files > iZotope > [Product Name]

    Back-end Preferences/Data:

     — C: > Users > [Username] > AppData (this will need to be typed into the Explorer file path manually) > Roaming > iZotope

Additionally, I also want to make sure we have cleared the registry data as well.

Please start the Windows registry editor by typing "regedit" into the Windows menu Search (Windows 7/Vista) or Run (Windows XP) field and then hitting "Enter".

Then please proceed to the following entry in the left row of the Windows Registry Editor:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\iZotope

There you can find subfolders of all installed iZotope products. Please right-click onto the Ozone 10 folder and select it to be deleted. Then please start the affected product.

Please avoid making any other changes to the Windows registry as this can seriously damage your system if you are not fully aware of what changes you apply, always make a back up of your registry if you intend to edit it.

Once this is all completed, please try re-installing Ozone 10 once one more time with the instructions previously provided.

@Joshua Lepcha I've reached out to my colleagues at Izotope. This what they said:

This is usually a permissions error or showing that something went wrong during the installation.

You should open Windows in safe mode and then reinstall Ozone with Portal.

If that does not work out please contact their support here: Ozone support

@Jeremy_NI Thank you for your answer. I forgot to mention that I got Ozone Std. via. Komplete 14 so it does not show in the portal at all. Is there anything I can do?

Oh that's intersting, maybe you can try to open Windows in safe mode and install again with Native Access. Did that work out? If not I'll create a ticket for you as it seems to be a NI - Izo issue :)

@Jeremy_NI Native access is not running on safe mode. it just tries to update. Therefore, I couldn't do anything. Can I say that it didn't work?
