Kontakt 7, not showing in Native Access

Hello

So I have bought Komplete 14 as an upgrade and yet to see Kontakt 7 showing in Native Access

Opening my daw (FL Studio 21) I can only get the Kontakt 7 player

I have sent off a support ticket about this.But was wondering if anyone has solved this issues recently.

I'm on a Windows 10 PC 64bit, service pack one

    Ok, I have found a solution at last! This is for my Windows computer

    I came across an article from Native Instruments, that said to close Native access,that is log out and shut it down

    Then go to C:Users Public> Public Documents (NOT to C:Users> "Your Username"> Documents

    Delete the folder Native Instruments

    Restart Native Access

    I follow the steps and indeed I have Kontakt 7 showing,checked the about section and licence is now showing as Full and Kontakt 7 is showing in Native Access

    First and foremost then make sure that the "KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD Upgrade" show as registered in your account and that you are using same account for your log in to Native Access https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/

    Then also make sure that you using latest version of Native Access (V 3.5.0) (and then see if you can install your product from the Available / Not installed section.) :

    Native Access :    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/    OR https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/

    Else , try if this to see if that fixes it : go to the following directory:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

    Then move or rename the following .xml files: Native Access.xml and Kontakt 7.xml (if it exists)

    Restart your computer and Native Access afterwards.


    Else you may have to wait for support

    Yeah tried what you suggested but still the same,I shall sit tight and wait to hear from support

    Lest I got Kontakt 6 to play with

    Tried everything,still no Kontakt 7 showing in Native Access,even though I have registered complete 14

    I have the correct login details,the right version of Native access too

    Should I register the other instruments etc, That comes with Komplete 14 does that unlock Kontakt 7

    Kind of disappointing,as I though it was a simple job of entering my serial number for Komplete 14 upgrade and it all works

    I cant even download a copy of Komplete 7 ,use my upgrade serial number

    Im still waiting on support to get back to me
