@bergysb for you and anyone else who got a similar problem, I have posted the drivers from my old CD for Komplete Audio 6.

Thanks! I'm wondering if you checked if the firmware on your MK1 was up to date?

Komplete Audio 6 Control Panel says firmware is version 37. Updater 1.7 from the support site says that's the latest. It works with the 3.0.2 driver on a USB 3 port.
I'd be happy to test more up to date drivers for what it's worth, but the latest ones just will not install on any of my Windows 10 systems.
I might update one to Win 11 to see if that makes a difference...

Thank you! I had the exact same issue with the latest driver not being recognized by my PC. I no longer had the box or the installation disc, but the files you uploaded worked and solved my issue. Hopefully Native Instruments makes older drivers available on their site as well and update their troubleshooting guide to include trying the older drivers.

Actually the older driver is available in the updates, not the driver page:
I'll ping my colleagues again so they also put that on the drivers page.
