Kontakt 7 bundle update
Hello
I made a mistake in purchasing this Kontakt bundle update, ( I have products to qualify for the lower price) But not downloaded it
thought it was an upgrade from Kontakt 6 to 7, What is this Kontakt 7 bundle update?
I have sent a request for a refund,but no reply,as yet
And I cant find the product anywhere in my Native access,
Any advice,thank you

Bundle update include those things:
It is not an upgrade to Kontakt 7 full version.

It doesn't matter if you have lot of libraries, but if you already have Kontakt 6 Full version (not the Player), you should qualified for a discount.

Thank you very much.Yeah I have bought the upgrade for the instruments. A mistake on my part
Oddly it says I dont qualify for the full version of Kontakt 7 yet I have a lot of libraries for Kontakt that do fit the bill,so to speak

I have Komplete 10 which comes with Kontakt 5
So its a mistake on my part,not yet heard back from Native Instruments.
I know I cant get a refund of what I bought,but hope they can offset the cost, towards Komplete 14 standard, upgrade, which is what I should have bought
Since this has the full version of Kontakt 7
Otherwise I have got something which I have wasted money on I cant use!! What a mess!!

I got a refund,as a token gesture of goodwill for this Kontakt bundle update,after explaining my mistake
Really pleased,great customer service
I bought the correct Komplete 14 as an upgrade instead
