Problem Komplete Audio 6 driver installation
Hello everyone. I have a strange problem. I make install drivers for Komplete Audio 6 on my new PC Windows 10. Drivers was download from NI Support site. Windows says: can't install this drivers. I used all possible variations: under administrator and user role, auto search drivers on PC and manual selection. No result. When I directly select for update driver ***.inf file from NI installation directory Windows say: can't use this file.
But when I take old native installation CD for Komplete Audio 6 make installation and directly select for update driver ***.inf file from NI installation directory then all finished correctly! What is it? Magic? Why installation downloaded files can't work?

@Slovopisec There are drivers for the Komplete Audio 6 MK1 and for Komplete Audio 6 MK2 on our website, could it be that you downloaded the wrong one?

@Jeremy_NI Hi. I wrote about the driver version above. Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly?

@Slovopisec Strange, we couldn't reproduce the issue. Anyway, is everything working as expected with your Komplete Audio 6MK1 ?

@Jeremy_NI With old drivers from CD (from a device box) all work well. It's a good thing I didn't lose them. :)

Similar problem. New PC. Using Win 11. My NI Komplete Audio 6 worked well with my old PC (Win 10) but now my controller (Sonar Platinum) cannot find the MIDI drivers thru its interface. Always easy in the past, but now when I look at SONAR preferences the Komplete drivers from Audio appear, but the Midi drivers are not there. I've downloaded and installed the drivers numerous times but nothing!
Stranded in NY,

I'm having a similar problem with the 4.2.0 driver, USB light just flashes. Windows reports that driver can't be installed even when trying to do it manually.
I've tried 3 different computers, all running various versions of Windows 10, and multiple USB cables, USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. Can't flash the firmware on the device as I can't install the USB driver, so updater can't detect it!
Was hoping to try installing an old version of the drivers before consigning my Komplete Audio 6 to the scrapheap. Of course, I found the old box and manuals, but the driver disk was missing! Any chance these are available somewhere?
