Question about Komplete crossgrade and what here qualifies.

I used to have a Maschine Studio which I used to crossgrade to Komplete 9. I sold that hardware so I lost my Komplete 9 access (still in purchases though). I'd like to get it again. I'm looking at an old pdf I found on site that shows the crossgrade options to Komplete 9, the part where it says Kontakt 1-5, Reaktor 1-5 etc means that I now could buy any Kontakt or Reaktor version between 1 and 5 and I'd have my Komplete 9 back?

I figured I'd ask here since last time years ago when I was using NI stuff forum people knew the answer to a similar question. Guess NI Is closed at the moment because of a holiday. Thanks for the link.
