At startup Maschine 2 software freezes while scanning UVI Workstation VST on MacOS, how to fix?

well so far you've given us ZERO information on anything accept that you've tried NI support fixes that have failed...

are we supposed to ask a hundred questions to gauge whats going on?? try elaborating on the issues

@MarkC Yeah, some more info would be cool, not all of us have psychic powers! Like what's the operating system? Is it a M1 mac? Intel? Is this UVI Workstation VST up to date? If you remove the vst file from its folder, does it fix the issue?
