I'm new to NI and have downloaded the Native Access to my computer. I'm unable to log in. Do I need a new account ID or a different one for the Native Access then I have to my account? I'm confused.
Nope. You use exactly the same login details as in your website account
That's what I thought. No matter what I do I cannot log in
Are you using a Proxy or VPN?
It is recommended to first open Native Access and login and only then open your VPN.
Also, in case you see this message:
"Unfortunately there's a known bug that affect some Windows users. For anyone who got the same error message, please downgrade to Native Access 1: How to Downgrade Native Access 2 to Native Access 1"
Comment by admin in an older post from November 2022, however i do not know if still applies.
It says "please grant permission to Native Access to install dependencies" I have NA3.4.0
I'm sorry if this sound s bit stupid but this is a new thing to me.
In order to grand those permissions, run Native Access as an Administrator.
I'm really getting more and more confused. I'm Mac so I have not idea how to do that on my Mac.
You are on Mac? This was the very first thing that you should mention. :-)
I have very limited knowledge on Mac, but according some other posts here, the solution is to install Native Access 2 via Terminal.
