It still says "Product not activated" after installing and activating Komplete 13 on a new M2 Mac. Frustrating as I cant open and finish the tracks that use this synth.

@Amir Amor You should check this article: GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems
Please note that Super 8 as a standalone synth has been discontinued and won't be updated to be ARM natively compatible. It is still existing as a Reaktor instrument though so we added a Super 8 Reaktor ensemble to your account. It should now show in Native Access.

I have the same problem as Amir Amor.
Super 8 wants me to activate though I have done this already. I downgraded Native access and everything that was suggested upon this board, but it did not change anything.

Hi Karl Anton,
did you also re-trigger the activation via the following steps after downgrading to Native Access 3.2.3?
- Make sure Native Access is closed.
- Navigate to the following directory:
- Macintosh HD > Users > Shared
- Delete the "Native Instruments" folder.
- Then please restart Native Access and press the "refresh" button

Hi, is it still possible to get this Reaktor instrument somewhere?

@mason drielling Well, it looks like you already have it on your account. It should be available to you in Native Access.

Im having the same issue. And I purchased Super 8 as a separate plug in last year. How do I open Super 8 as a reaktor instrument with Komplete Kontrol ?

@djrobblue You have the Reaktor version on your account, this is automatic now. Simply uninstall Super 8 2.1.0 from your system completely and install Super 8 1.0.0 in Native Access.

Hi Ni support,
I have the same issue with my Super8 license. I purchased it as "KOMPLETE Future Classics Collection for Plugin Boutique" as VST3 which now will not activate anymore and the Reactor Player version is not shown in my Native Access app. Can you activate it for my account?
Thanks from Berlin!

Good day, I'm trying to use Super 8 and it asks for a license, this has never happened to me before, I already uninstalled it and installed it in version R2 and it keeps asking for a license, what should I do? I have komplete 14 ultimate.

@Lautaro Tanok The R2 version was discontinued, you need to use the first version of Super 8 which is a Reaktor 6 ensemble.

Thank you very much, I just reinstalled the R2 version as indicated by Native Access, I restarted and it worked perfectly, the truth is that I consider Super 8 to be the best synthesizer in the suite, thank you

I just used Native Access to install a clean copy of K14U CE and within the library I still see Super 8 2.1.0. Is this the R2? The Reaktor version is also installed. Naturally, I only learned that the VST3/AU/Standalone version has been discontinued after finishing installation as I had been using it on an older Mac with the VST3 version.
I see the notification that Super 8 must be activated.
So the only way around is to convert projects using Super 8 standalone to the Reaktor version? Why discontinue it? It was a good synth, and part of the purchased ultimate line up. Are there other synths and or plugins with planned deprecation?
Edit: MacBook Pro M3 with Sonoma.

Super 8 was a Reaktor synth to begin with. It was later introduced as a standalone synth and some other were planned, unfortunately it didn't match sales expectations and it was decided to discontinue it and no other standalone synths were introduced. Super 8 was re-introduced as a Reaktor synth.
To be able to use the Reaktor version you need to completely uninstall the R2 version (standalone): How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer
Since it was discontinued, it was never supported natively Silicon systems, you can only use it in Rosetta mode. How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta
It can also be an issue with the activation: GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems
Unfortunately, there is no automatic migration from older instances of the standalone to the Reaktor ensemble.
