Another Traktor update fail!
Recently thought I'd try the pro plus and reluctantly decided to update Traktor pro from 3.4.2 to current version. During install my laptop crashed. When I returned to native access it showed Traktor pro 3 as being queued. When I try to install it keeps failing and the info box directs me to a support page regarding giving full access to native access and Daemon on a Mac. I can't find any support help for this issue on windows. Can I uninstall native access without loosing my save Traktor logs? Does anyone know how to get Traktor to install the update or to recognise my old version which is in the Traktor 3 backup folder. Ta

To be sure just make a quick backup yourself.
Remove traktor and native access and try again.

My backup Traktor pro 3 works fine but isn't showing in native access. I uninstalled native access, reinstalled it and tried installing Traktor pro update and it has now been stuck installing in native access for hours.
This is so frustrating. NI support is ****** and there's no way to contact NI

Why would your backup be showing in native access?
Have you removed native access AND traktor with all related files? It seems like the crash happend midt install and now ~something~ is stuck halfway.

I can use the backup version while I sort this out, but there's no way to roll it back so it shows as my current version in native access. If it was my current version in native access I could then run pro plus on top of it. I only did the update thinking I had to for pro plus. I'm happy with 3.4.2 really. Just thought I'd treat myself to pro plus for my birthday

Oh, that backup. I more though of make a backup of your collection / nml file and than remove everything related to NI / Traktor.

How do you know NI Support is **** when at the same time you claim you can't even contact them?
